Privacy/Security

Ranting about your job in a public forum can be a scary. However, it can also be healing (and quite fun).

We take privacy seriously, so you’ll never need to register an account to post a rant or comment. We believe in and value anonymity.

Keep in mind, it’s not uncommon for people in your company (especially hiring managers) to Google your name for a little dirt diggin’.

People want to know who you are and what you’re about, so that’s why it’s important to safeguard your identity and the identity of others when you rant.

And above all, use common sense and avoid identification of departments, locations or individuals. The more details you provide the greater the odds you can be singled out.

Here are some things you should know:

  1. We do not ask for your name, email, or any other personally identifiable information to use this site.
  2. The information you provide is at your own discretion and risk.
  3. We do not edit your rants and comments. They always appear unedited, so be careful what you divulge because we will not censor you.
